Principal
Andy Ashwal has over 18 years of experience in real estate development, construction, and property management, spanning multiple markets and product types. He has successfully developed over 1,000 apartments and managed more than 5,000 units, demonstrating a proven ability to oversee large-scale projects and manage operating assets. Andy's extensive background provides a hands-on approach to asset management, ensuring value creation from the ground up. He holds a Masters' in Construction Executive Management from New York University.

Kevin Jury
Principal
Kevin Jury brings 8 years of specialized experience in real estate advisory services, including the disposition, management, and acquisition of multifamily investment properties. Prior to his career in real estate, he worked as a CPA for KPMG in the Audit Practice of financial institutions. His financial expertise and transactional experience—having transacted over 1,750 units and $140 million in sales volume—provide a robust foundation for underwriting and financial analysis. Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Science and Master's in Accountancy from the University of Kansas.

Code Williams, as the lead Broker for KLAS Solutions, specializes in overseeing complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and lease negotiations. His strong background in underwriting allows him to conduct detailed financial analyses to effectively structure transactions. Before his real estate career, Code spent 17 years in Oil and Gas exploration, successfully closing transactions exceeding $100 million. This diverse background in high-value transactions and strategic deal-making gives him a results-driven approach to every real estate opportunity.
